Each mini beef bundle gives you 30-35lbs of finished meat

Whats Included:

Steaks - A variety of our tender, flavorful top notch steaks.

Roasts - Each box is guaranteed to have at least three of our large, thick cuts like Brisket, Shoulder, Chuck, Tri Tip or Short Ribs; each full of rich beef flavor and great for slow cooking and smoking. 

Special Cuts - Two packs of our Fajita Meat, pre trimmed into strips - just add peppers and onions. Two packs of Stew Meat, pre cut into bite sized pieces and ready to take a braise in your favorite soup or stew.

Ground Beef - About half of your package will be the best Ground Beef you've ever had. Perfect for Burgers, Tacos, Meatloaf, you name it... An 85/15 blend packed in convenient 1lb packages.
