Each box includes a variety of our tender, flavorful top notch steaks. Assorted cuts include NY Strips, Ribsteaks, Sirloin, Flat Iron, and Filet.

Ground Beef - The other half of your package will be the best ground beef you've ever had. Perfect for Burgers, Tacos, Meatloaf, you name it... An 85/15 blend packed in convenient 1 - 1.5 lb packages.

All beef is vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness for at least one year. This box will easily fit in a 1.75 cubic ft. freezer (like the freezer already in your kitchen).
