Each 'Bit of Beef Box' offers all of our favorites cuts packed into one convenient box

Whats Included:

Steaks - A couple pound variety of our tender, flavorful top notch steaks like NY Strip, Ribsteak, Sirloin Strip, or Flat Iron.

Roasts - Each box will have one 2 - 3 lb thick cut like Shoulder, Chuck, Tri Tip or Short Ribs; full of rich beef flavor and great for slow cooking and smoking. 

Ground Beef Patties - One pack of the best Ground Beef you've ever had, perfect for smash burgers or smash tacos. An 85/15 blend packed in convenient 1 lb packages.

Fajita & Stew Meat - One pack of stew steak bites and one pack of fajita strips sealed in a convenient 1 lb package.
