Each FA LA LA LA LOT of Beef Box gives you 30-35lbs of finished meat

What's Included:

Steaks - 

A variety of our tender, flavorful, top notch steaks. Each box is guaranteed to have at least two NY Strips and two Ribeyes, PLUS a handful of other top shelf steaks like Filet Mignon, Sirloin, Skirt and Flat Iron.

Special Cuts - 

Four packs of Stew Meat, pre cut into bite sized pieces and ready to take a braise in your favorite soup or stew.

Roasts -

The rest of your box will be filled with our large, thick cuts like Brisket, Eye Round, Chuck, Osso Bucco, Tri Tip and Short Ribs; each full of rich beef flavor and great for slow cooking and smoking.
