One Quarter Beef Box gives you 70-75 lbs of meat
Whats Included:
Steaks - A variety of our tender, flavorful top notch steaks including; NY Strips, Ribsteaks, Flank, Filet Mignons, and Sirloin
Roasts - Each box is guaranteed to have at least three of our large, thick cuts like Brisket, Shoulder, Chuck or Tri Tip; each full of rich beef flavor and great for slow cooking and smoking.
Ground Beef - About half of your package will be the best ground beef you've ever had. Perfect for Burgers, Tacos, Meatloaf, you name it... An 85/15 blend packed in convenient 1 lb packages.
All beef is vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness for at least 1 year. A quarter beef box will fit in a 3 cubic ft. freezer and generally speaking will feed a family of 2, two meals per week for about one year. It will feed a family of 4, two meals per week for about 6 months.
